We have eliminated the high season pricing. Consequently, the rates are the same throughout the year. They vary according to the apartment and the number of occupants. The rates apply to the standard week, from Saturday to Saturday. Weekly rates in euros per apartment are as follows:

| Our rates include taxes, water, electricity, gas, heating, wood for the fireplace, internet, weekly cleaning and linen change, final cleaning after your departure. On request, we can provide extra services: private parking in a gated area (150m away), customized cleaning service, a baby cot with linen. |

| We offer a discount for long periods (minimum 3 weeks) or for the rental of minimum 3 apartments. |

| Payment can be made (1) in advance through bank transfer, (2) cash or with traveller's cheques on arrival. |

We usually rent our apartments by the week, that is from Saturday to Saturday. Shorter than one week stays are possible only on a last minute basis. Please check-in after 3:00 pm and check out within 10:00 am.

Montepulciano has many narrow streets and little squares where it is almost impossible to park unless you are a resident. Most of the public parkings are outside of the historical centre. Thankfully, we have a safe private parking area (photo) 150m away from the apartments. The parking fee for one car is €50/week (please book in advance as availability is limited). On arrival you will be given a key to the gate enabling you to access the parking area 24/7.  |

We are sorry but, due to their position on the steep hill of a Medieval town, our apartments are not suitable for people with serious physical disabilities.

Babies and toddlers do not pay as long as they sleep in a cot. Parents usually bring their own cot. However, of course, we can provide a cot (plus linen) at a rate of €50/week. Please book in advance as availability is limited.

We love pets but our guests do not always share the same feeling and some may have an allergy to dog or cat hair. We are sorry but for this reason we do not allow pets into the apartments.

Each apartment has its own washing machine and iron (no dryer supplied). Their usage is free of charge.

|
Montepulciano is at 605 meters (2000 feet) above sea level. The weather is cooler than in the countryside. Consequently, none of the apartments has air conditioning but all of them have fans. The house, thanks to its old thick walls, remains cool during the hot summer weather.

The weekly cleaning and linen change are already included in our rates as well as the final cleaning that will take place right after your departure. Should you require extra cleaning, we can provide a customized service that will be charged €8/hour. Please book the service in advance.

If you travel with your laptop or tablet, we have a fast DSL connection to internet in every apartment. Ethernet cables are supplied as well as WiFi. The use of the connection is free of charge.

220 volts. Transformers to 110 volts (for small appliances only) are available on request.
